connection first. progress follows.
We support neurodivergent young people who are struggling with school, anxiety, or disengagement to feel safe, understood, and able to move forward again.
Through a personalised, relationship-led approach, we build trust, confidence and emotional safety. This creates conditions where learning can begin to happen again.

Our Mission
At SEN Manny Mentor, we meet each young person where they are and support them to move forward in a way that genuinely fits them. This work is built on trust and connection. Progress often happens in small, careful steps, especially for young people experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, school avoidance, or long periods of feeling misunderstood. Those steps matter, not just for the young person, but for the whole family.
We focus on restoring a sense of safety and possibility before pushing outcomes.
Our support is shaped around the individual. Sessions adapt to interests, pace, emotional readiness, and how each young person responds to demand. Confidence, communication, independence, and regulation develop gradually, without pressure.
Over time, many young people begin to re-engage with learning and feel more settled in themselves and in everyday life.
For parents, we hold the complexity. We take responsibility for planning, adapting, and ongoing reflection, so families do not have to navigate this alone.
Who We Support
We support neurodivergent young people aged 9–19, including those in EOTAS, home education, alternative provision, or finding it difficult to cope in school.
