About sEN Manny Mentor
Relationship-led, creative support designed around each young person.

SEN Manny Mentor exists because too many thoughtful young people have been expected to cope in systems that never truly understood them.
We work with neurodivergent children and young people, including those with autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, dyslexia, anxiety, and experiences of educational or life-based trauma.
Many families come to us after long periods of stress, burnout, or shutdown. Often, it is not that nothing has been tried, but that what has been tried has not worked.
We offer something different.
We are small by design. We work carefully. What we do only works when a young person feels safe enough to be themselves, and that sense of safety is never rushed.
That is where we begin.
our Philosophy
Most young people are not struggling because they lack ability. They struggle because the environment around them has not adapted in the right way.
Our work is grounded in the understanding that trust comes before progress.
When a young person has experienced pressure, burnout, or repeated misunderstanding, progress cannot simply be pushed back into place.
We do not force engagement or move ahead before a young person is ready.
We focus on stabilising first, building trust over time, and allowing confidence to return in a way that holds.
EOTAS is central to our work because it allows education to be shaped around the whole young person. It creates space for emotional safety, regulation, and individuality to be taken seriously.
When a young person feels understood, progress tends to follow naturally.

Where We Work
We provide in-person support across London and surrounding areas.
We also work remotely with families across the UK when online support feels safer or more manageable.
Some young people begin online and move into in-person sessions over time. Others remain remote.
Support adapts as needs change. Every family arrives with a different history, and we take time to understand what will genuinely help.
1. Get in Touch
You reach out when something is no longer working and you need steady, experienced support.
2. Initial Conversation
We have a calm conversation to understand your child, what has been happening, and what feels most important right now.
3. Trial Session
A gentle trial session allows us to see whether the support feels right for your child, without pressure or expectation.
4. Ongoing Support
If it feels like a good fit, we begin consistent work. Support is delivered by a small, carefully selected team who reflect together and adapt as your child changes.
How it works
We keep the process simple and considered.
