We’re a small, hand-picked team of SEN Manny & Nanny Mentors alongside specialist tutors. Each one of us bring experience, creativity, and heart to every session.
Our ethos is simple: trust, connection and genuine care. That's how real progress begins.
Whether it's mentoring, tutoring, or a blend of both, every journey is personalised from the start. We take time to understand each young person — their energy, interests, communication style, and needs, then we build a rhythm of sessions that evolve with them.

our Philosophy
This work is personal to us. Many of our team understand what it’s like to feel lost in systems that don’t fit. To be bright, curious & full of ideas, but overwhelmed by the structure of school. That’s why SEN Manny Mentor was created.
We build safe spaces where young people can breathe again, learn again, and start to believe in themselves. We don’t fix or force. We listen, connect and adapt, shaping every session around the child sitting in front of us.
We believe every neurodivergent young person deserves an education that makes sense to them, one that reflects their energy, interests, and the way their mind works.
That’s why we value EOTAS so deeply. It gives us the freedom to design learning that's holistic & completely built around each child's pace, passions & goals.
Our work is grounded in trust. Through conversation and curiosity, we make learning meaningful and fun again — something that feels real and achievable. When a child feels safe and understood, progress naturally follows.

Where We Work
SEN Manny Mentor provides in-person EOTAS mentoring and tutoring across London and Hertfordshire. We also offer remote support to families across the UK, so distance is never a barrier to connection or progress.
If remote sessions are what your child needs right now, that’s exactly what we’ll do. We meet each young person where they are and build from there, with patience, creativity and care.
We’re also open to special arrangements depending on your situation.

How it works
We make things simple. From the first call, our aim is to help your child feel safe, understood and supported.

Initial Call
We start with a calm conversation to understand your child, their needs and what has been happening. Together we explore the kind of SEN or EOTAS support that will make a difference.

Personalised Plan
After the call, we build a bespoke mentoring or tutoring plan based on your child’s goals. You’ll also meet the mentor or tutor who feels like the right fit.

Trial Session
The first session is gentle and fully child-led, either online or in person. It helps your child relax and begin to trust the process.

Ongoing Collaboration
Once sessions begin, we stay closely connected — through session breakdowns, calls and regular check-ins. We work alongside you to shape the journey together, always flexible to what your child needs next.
